[announce] NEPL-SE 1.0

Dear NEPL users,

You will find an enhanced version of NEPL (NEMO Platform for Linux) 
called NEPL-SE 1.0 on this page:

The NEPL code from http://www.mobile-ipv6.org has been ported to the 
MIPL2-RC3 release, and some fix that appeared after the RC3 release has 
been applied to this code. It works with the 2.6.11 kernel patch 
available on http://www.mobile-ipv6.org.

Based on this code, several enhancements will be integrated. Please 
visit http://software.nautilus6.org/NEPL/index.php for more informations.
