FYI, MIPL2 2.0 (Final Release) has been released. Please see the 
announce below. It seems that the multihoming support was improved. I

Hello everybody,

MIPL Mobile IPv6 for Linux version 2.0 has finally been released.  In
this release all remaining MIPv6 issues should be fixed.  See NEWS for
further details.

This release is for the Linux 2.6.14 kernel, but we will try to follow
the kernel release cycle and release new kernel patches once they are
tested thoroughly enough.

Download the stuff at these locations:

Remember, you need both of them!  The first one is the user space
daemon, and the other is a patch to enable MIPv6 in the kernel.  INSTALL
and INSTALL.kernel should get you started.
