[announce] NEPL (NEMO Platform for Linux) Howto

Hello,

NEPL users will be glad to learn that a NEPL Howto is now available on 
Nautilus6 website:

This document explains how to build step-by-step a NEMO test network on 
Linux. It first introduces the basic concepts of IPv6, host and network 
mobility. It also briefly presents NEPL. It then explain how to properly 
configure a simple test network, with a NEMO-enabled Home Agent and 
Mobile Router using NEPL.
