[announce] New MCoA release

Dear all,

A new release (20070716) of the MCoA patch for UMIP is available. It  
does not bring any new features, but solves some bugs from the  
previous release. An upgrade of your platform is thus recommended.

You will find all the necessary information and patches to setup or
