[announce] New NEPL and MCoA release for UMIP 0.4

Dear all,

A new release (20071022) of both the NEPL and MCoA patch for UMIP is  
available. Both patches target UMIP 0.4 on a 2.6.23 kernel.

The NEPL patch for UMIP 0.4 has now the possibility to protect also  
the traffic to and from the MNP when using IPsec (thanks to the patch  
provided by Sebastien Decugis).

The MCoA patch now allows the HA to be configured as a node (ie not  
necessarily as a gateway) on the home link by fixing a bug in the  
proxy ND operation (thanks to the patch provided by Tobias Hof).
