[support] How MR obtains a new CoA

Hello all,

We are currently using MIPL in our project and now we have to face the problem which seems to be 
solved in NIPL - how to force router to accept Router Advertisements in order to change its address 
when moving from one network to another. As far as I know this is normally not possible - IPv6 
forwarding prevents from accepting Router Advertisements. So can you please tell me if it was 
necessary to change something in kernel (and if yes, what) or it is handled just on the userspace level?
