[support] MCoA beta2 released

Dear all,

The beta2 release of MCoA on NEPL is now available on
http://software.nautilus6.org/MCoA/index.php

It does not brings new features compared to the beta1, but it solves 
some annoying bugs. You can read a changelog in the NEWS file inside the 
package.

The NEPL Howto (http://www.nautilus6.org/doc/nepl-howto/) has been 
updated accordingly.
