As you noticed, your MR does not trigger the movement detection
algorithm. I'd need more debug messages to check what's wrong. Could
you edit the src/movement.c file, and replace:
#define MD_DEBUG_LEVEL 1
to
#define MD_DEBUG_LEVEL 3
then recompile mip6d on your MR, perform a new handover test, and send
to the ML the new logs you'll get on the MR?
