[support] HA and MR are unable to recognize NEMO packet

Hil Sazzadur, on your wireshark file you can se Unreachable Icmpv6
packets, this packets appears when the network topology its wrong,
please check your network with ping6, remember every node must be up and
reachable by every on the network. Also check the information of the
Unreach because its usefull ;)
