[support] HA and MR are unable to recognize NEMO packet

I dont see nothing worng on your logs, but on the last wireshark capture
the Unreach packets seems to be something worng on your network, check
packets number 17 and 21 on your pcap file(wireshark file).

On my short experience when the unreach address icmpv6 packets appears
this indicates that something on your network its worng(incorrect routes
for example), not on mip6d.
