Hello Florian,
after some research we found out that this is actually a bug in ifupdown
package from ubuntu. They assume that IPv6 has been compiled as a module
and ifup command will fail if IPv6 support has been built in the kernel.
I've opened a bug in ubuntu bug tracker:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ifupdown/+bug/158582
Regards,
Martin
