[support] Installation requirements

Hi,
I've followed the NEPL howto to complete the installation but I'm not sure
that I've done everything.
I've installed the new kernel 2.6.23 with the mip6 patch and finally *
mipv6-daemon-umip.
*Is it everithing or should I install also* nemo-0.2.tar.gz ? *(but it's not
written anywhere).
