[support] DSMIPv6

Hi,

I would like to add that we should also wait for the IETF to finalize 
the draft for DSMIPv6 before releasing, otherwise we may encounter 
interop issues. There are some remaining issues with the use of IPsec 
with static or dynamic keying, and the use of TLV.
