[support] Problem in using racoon in the live CD

No, the LiveCD does not support this either. You can disable 
RouteOptimization and enable TunnelPayload IPsec if you want protection 
of the traffic between MN and HA for the traffic directed to the CN. 
Anyway, on the path between HA and CN it goes in clear.

I am not aware of way to protect the traffic MN->CN when MN moves.
