[support] can NEPL/UMIP support the VMN?

Dear Romain,

My test is to put the VMN in the NEMO moving network, and the VMN
always connects to the MR. The HA or the CN outside the moving network
pings to the Home Address of VMN. Then, I change the network interface
of the MR to initiate the handover of the MR. After the handover, the
ongoing ping communication (which is still pinging to the Home Address
of VMN) can not reach the VMN.

However, I find that if the HA or the CN outside the moving network
pings to the Car-of-address of VMN, which is the address that the VMN
obtains from the MNP in the NEMO moving network, the ongoing ping
communication can be kept continuous after the handover of the MR.

I will go to repeat the test, and send you the test log file in the
future email.

Thank you very much,

Junkang
