[support] how I can check the code resource of NEPL/UMIP

Hi,

I am a student who is working on the NEMO-related project. I have  
implemented a NEMO testbed using NEPL/UMIP on Linux (Ubuntu). I want  
to check the code of NEPL/UMIP. Could you please tell me how I can  
find and check the code of NEPL/UMIP in Linux?
