Oh, I see. So it does not even send a BAck message, as shown by your 
capture. The MIPL node behaves as expected, but your Cisco router seems 
to have a problem (interoperability issue or other). I have no knowledge 
about these routeurs, and as Romain said this list is dedicated to the 
Linux implementation so you'll have better luck with Cisco-dedicated 
lists...

Anyway in case it is an interoperaibility issue, it would be useful to 
have a capture of BU packets that are actually answered by the router 
with positive (or negative) BAcks so we can compare the content...
