[support] Problem in using racoon in the live CD

There is no IPSec description in the CN section of the document you
provide: http://www.linux-ipv6.org/memo/mipv6/index.html.en#CONFIG-IPSEC
So, you mean it curretly does not support CN-MN IPSec?
