This is not an expected behaviour, as from the logs the BU does not  
seem to be for de-registration. Thanks for reporting this.

I am now in the process of updating NEPL with some bug fixes. I'll  
release the new version next week. Please wait for the announce on  
this ML and give a try to the new version when it'll be released.
