[support] No module ipv6 in mip kernel

Thank you for your support. But I am face new problems.
First, I don't know why, but the started mip6d program by LSB
(/etc/init.d/mip6d) must be restarted to have the anycast address. I
found this step is missing.
Second, I found I can't send BA message, the error is loged in log file:

Notice the end line, it should not occur in normal process.
