[support] native IPv6 3G UMTS howto

Dear All,

please let me announce a quite new and supposedly interesting howto
documenting the main steps of setting up native IPv6 3G UMTS access:

Despite the fact that the howto is considered as work in progress, it
already contains the main practical (and even theoretical) issues
relating to native IPv6 3G UMTS communication. We try to cover UMTS
core network configuration steps together with the details of how to
prepare different kind of user equipments (SmartPhones, Linux and
Windows Vista systems) to use IPv6 natively on 3G UMTS networks.

I hope you will find insteresting stuff in this tutorial, and also
that you will provide us feedbacks, hints, remarks, etc.
