[support] New UMIP website

Dear all,

UMIP developers are pleased to announce a new website for UMIP, the  
open-source Mobile IPv6 stack for the GNU/Linux operating system: http://umip.linux-ipv6.org 
  (it'll soon be reachable with IPv6 too ;-)

You'll find there the necessary resources and documentation to setup a  
working Mobile IPv6 environment. The usagi-users mailing list [1] is  
the right place to ask support for UMIP. Support for extensions such  
as NEPL or DSMIP are however still provided on this support at ml.nautilus6.org 
  mailing list.
