Hi James,
the mobile-ipv6.org homepage is down since May this year. I dont know the other one.

But you can get the latest release of MIPv6 of the MIPL project (http://www.mobile-ipv6.org)
from the NEPL Howto page (http://www.nautilus6.org/doc/tc-nepl-howto-20060209-KuntzR/nepl-howto.html) 
that you mentioned. There are also some precompiled kernels for ubuntu and debian for MIPv6 that you can
find under section 4b Kernel Setup... . 
The NEPL Howto including the nautilus6 mailinglists (http://ml.nautilus6.org/mailman/listinfo) are a
good source for information about that topic and help if you got problems concerning Mobile IP. 

Here is as well a link to a Homepage were all existing (afaIk) MIP implementations are mentioned:

Hey all, 

I am new here and new to the world of MIP generally :). I was looking for MIPv6
implementations and/or howtos-guides and i had the following problems: First of
all i have found only this guide

Also 2 websites http://www.mobile-ipv6.org/ and http://www.mipl.mediapoli.com/
are not accessible, and i cant get the latest release of MIPL. 

Can anyone help me this with either another howto or info about these two sites?
