[support] Destination Unreachable for BU

Hi Sebastien.
Here is the log from HA and MR.
As you see from the log, HA doesn't seem to recognize the BU at all,
while MR tries to send BUs several times.
I think I read an article at this support mailing list that a log
level definition is somewhere at the mip6d source,
but I cannot remember exactly where it was.
Will it be helpful to modify the log level definition and execute
mip6d after recompile?
