[support] RO - CN problem

Hi Jakub,

Have you compiled a kernel with the XFRM options enabled on the CN?  
(especially CONFIG_XFRM_USER and CONFIG_XFRM_SUB_POLICY).

If you have tested with only UMIP 0.4 (i.e. without NEPL), you may  
want to ask on the USAGI mailing list too.
