Hi,

As Romain, I used crude but not the scripts provided.

In the perl script, the message "ERROR: invalid input line!" is written when the line processed by the script doesn't start by "ID" (regex : /^ID/).
In fact, the decoded crude log always start with four lines of comments (crude version, warranty ...).
Therefore the output I see in your crude_parse.out seems OK :
	- the first four lines are not results lines => ERROR message
	- and then, lines of debug which seems to be timestamp.

Hi Markus,

I've never used this script and instead used a home-made python script. Furthermore I don't have much experience in perl, so you may ask on their forum (http://sourceforge.net/forum/?group_id=53944
though it does not seem very active). Or, if you feel confident in perl, you may try to check what's the problem in the script.

A few hints below:

It seems that the line that is processed by the script is not in the correct format expected by the script. Is there any special line at the beginning of the logs? (e.g. comments, or things that are not a result line). If so, I would suggest to remove them from the logs before trying to process it with the script.

Cheers,
