Hi Markus,

I've tested your configuration file with rude on my computer, it works
fine and I could see with tcpdump the udp packets sent over my network
interface. The output I had on the terminal was:

$ ./rude -s rude.conf
rude version 0.62, Copyright (C) 1999 Juha Laine and Sampo Saaristo

open_sockets() - EXIT(0)
init_rude() - EXIT(0)

Did you get any error at configure or compilation time? Is your
interface able to send packets using IPv6 when you execute rude ?

Cheers,
romain
