Hello Romain,
Find below the output of the HA deamon. I have two networks:
2a01:348:109:3000::/64
2a01:348:109:6000::/64
The tunnel with CoA 2a01:348:109:3000: I'm switching off. At 12:13:30 there is the update for the CoA but the AP is already off. So it is the one with lifetime ==0. At 12:13:58 the tunnel is deleted. I guess by the timer.
I'm attaching as well the pcap trace from Wireshark. There you can see with the same timestamp the messages on the wire.

The HA logs would help me to identify the problem. Could you send them to the list?
