[support] Websites "down" ?

Yes, this is the one we maintain, for UMIP (MIPv6 implementation),  
NEPL (NEMO Basic Support implementation) and the MCoA implementation.

Those websites are down for a while. You should instead use UMIP  
anyway: UMIP is a enhanced version of MIPL maintained by USAGI. The  
above Howto is using UMIP.

You could also have a look at http://www.linux-ipv6.org where you will  
find some informatiuon and howto for UMIP. You can also check this  
page for which has an very nice howto especially when using IPsec/IKE  
with UMIP: http://natisbad.org/MIPv6/index.html
