I just tested it 5 minutes ago but not with umip+nepl only but w/ all
the patches (including nepl) available on http://natisbad.org/MIPv6.

This was with dynamic keying (racoon). An XP box connected to my laptop
running as MR is able to ping6 a box behind the HA. Everything goes via
the IPsec tunnel, i.e. it works fine. Not tested pinging the HA or doing
that from the home net but I am pretty sure this works fine.

I have never tested it with static keying, though.
