Well, that was our initial plan, unfortunately that didn't work out.  
Now I'm not sure what are the plans from the former USAGI people  
regarding UMIP, it's been a while since the last update. I understand  
that releasing an alternate version could be confusing, but we just  
can't continue to pile up tenths of patches in our repository.

With Arnaud, we are now trying to gather all the information about  
UMIP (merging documents, gather all the patches, etc.) at a single  
place. We will provide regular release that will include these patches  
once we consider them stable.

Thanks for your mail, I've received them. That was exactly what I  
needed :) I'm merging Arnaud's document and mine, I'll take this  
opportunity to add a section about IPsec static keying configuration.
