Strongswan route here might be more useful as it supports migrate2 and
kmaddress (and MOBIKE) whereas the latest racoon2 (as far as I understand)
does not. I would have to investigate this more thoroughly though...

As far as I understand it, from what dfg and Arnaud said in the list, we
believe that Strongswan supports IKEv2 for MIPv6. 

However, if we want to get IKEv2 support using Strongswan in a NEPL context,
we would still be lacking the handling of the SPD from the nepl code.. am I
right?
