[support] Does latest patches for IPv4 support dynamic IPv4 HoA on MN

Hi Kien

Does your patches for IPv4 supports configuring of IPv4 HoA dynamically,
when MN boots in Home Link.
Currently I am statically configuring IPv4 HoA, by specifying the address in
mip6d.conf file of MN.
I want to configure IPv4 HoA dynamically, please provide some
pointer........
