[support] movement detection is not working from HL to IPv4 network

Hi Kien
I have applied the patches mentioned by you in the DSMIPv6 mailing list.
But still facing problems in movement detection in HL---->IPv4 n/w and IPv4
------> ipv6 network scenarios.
Did you tested these scenarios in ur test environment, if Yes, please send
mip6d logs on MR and HA, at the time of movement, it will be fruitful for me
to dig the problem further.
