[support] DAD invoke

In these days , I go to find some information about this.
Yeah , your reply is very useful and correct.

The DAD will failed when MN from foreign network to home network, so the
BU->BA time from my observing is 0.8 sec.
Because the MN is in the home network, the MN receive the DAD probe from HA
and return Neighbor advertisement to HA, so the BU->BA time is not enough to
fill up the 1 sec DAD_TIMEOUT.

But I have another problem.
When I go to the foreign network from home network, I can also find the DAD
success Message from HA debug message.
Is the DAD in the case in order to the MN is exactly away from home network?
When the DAD success is appear at the HA, we can know in the home network no
MN uses the home address,
double check the MN is exactly away from home network ?
