[support] Question on MCoA

Hello Romain, all,
I'm currently installing MCoA support in our network mobility test-bed, and
I have some questions. At the mobile router we have two interfaces, eth1 and
eth2 for connecting to the access routers AR1 and AR2 respectively. Eth0 is
used for home-network link. When eth1 and eth2 are up, everything works
perfectly. I can ping from a host in the mobile network to outside hosts.
The problem starts when one of the interfaces is turned off (with command
"ip link set eth1 down"). I can see that the corresponding tunnel is closed,
both at the MR and at the HA, and the traffic is re-routed through the other
available interface. However the HA does not continue to forward the ping
packets to the destined CN. I see that the (IPv6 in IPv6) encapsulated "Echo
Request" packets arrive at the HA, but they are neither decapsulated nor
forwarded to the destination.
I wonder if I miss some configuration options or if something is not
correctly setup. I attach the MR and the HA config file so that you can
check if there's something wrong.
Thanks for your help.
Best regards,
Eriza
