The log of racoon2 seem fine to me, it seems that the first message is
sent properly, but no answer is received according to the log. I would
assume the problem is on the other peer. Can you send the logs of the
other peer and a dump of the network traffic? This would help solve the
issue...

By the way, why did you send this mail to dsmip support? It is not
related to DSMIP as far as I can say... I am replying to the normal
support list.
