[support] Not getting BACK from HA

Hi all,

We setup the testbed for NEMO MCoA in Ubuntu kernel ver. 2.6.23. We were just testing the testbed when the mobile network is connected to one foreign network, and found that HA does not send any BACK. Also, found that packets sent from LFN reaches CN; but packets sent from CN reaches HA that does not encapsualte and forward the packet to MR. 

In home network it is working fine.

Can anyone please shed some light on what we did wrong?
