That's true, the MCoA implementation does not like much when one  
interface is at home and the other one in the foreign network. More  
comments to your original mail below :

Do you have the routing properly configured in your testbed? can you  
ping all of the interfaces of your AR and HA from the other computers?

Could you post the MR's log? That would help a lot.

Do you confirm that you do not connect your MR to home and foreign  
networks at the same time?
