[support] error on dynamic keying racoon2

dear forum,

I still have an error on running racoon when I run : 
# /usr/sbin/spmd -Fddd

this is an error message:

then when I install manual racoon2-20070720a I have no file spmd.pwd, so I tried to install racoon2 from repository http://software.nautilus6.org/packages/ubuntu gutsy/
racoon2 20071227d. I think its crazy install 2 version racoon because file spmd.pwd is needed.
