[support] tunnel deleted

Hi,

 From the log we can see that the tunnel is alternatively created then  
deleted, but the deletion is always triggered by a BU from the MR.

Does your BU sends for some reason a de-registration BU? Could you  
send the MR logs too? And, if possible, a wireshark dump of the BU/BA  
exchange between the MR and the HA?
