Hi Shahriar,

The problem seems to come from your access router.
 From the MR logs:

Wed May 27 16:15:12 md_expire_router: expiring router
fe80:0:0:0:20e:cff:fed0:a217 on iface wlan1 (5)
[...]
Wed May 27 16:15:12 mh_send: local CoA 2001:a:c:1:209:5bff:feb3:c5ab
Wed May 27 16:15:12 mn_pol_ext_cleanup:
Wed May 27 16:15:12 __tunnel_del: tunnel ip6tnl1 (97) from 2001:a:c:
1:209:5bff:feb3:c5ab to 2001:a:b:0:0:0:0:1000 user count decreased to 0
Wed May 27 16:15:12 __tunnel_del: tunnel deleted
Wed May 27 16:15:12 bul_delete: Deleting bule

Your MR thinks the access router is not reachable anymore, and thus
send a de-registration BU.
What is the lifetime of your RA sent by the access router? How
frequently do you send RA on the link?

A bit later, the MR re-registers to its HA (I guess it received a RA
from the AR) :

Wed May 27 16:15:14 md_update_router_stats: add coa 2001:a:c:
1:209:5bff:feb3:c5ab on interface (5)
[...]
Wed May 27 16:15:14 process_first_home_bu: New bule for HA

This is why your MR keeps registering/deregistering with the HA. I
guess you have some misconfiguration with your RA from the access
router.

Cheers,
romain
