[support] error on dynamic keying racoon2

I have try :

mkdir /var/run/racoon2
chmod 700 /var/run/racoon2

and its work,

but message is still founded

is it ok?

then when I try #/usr/sbin/iked  -Fddd on HA, the daemon run and finish
(cursor back to #), but on MN when I run #/usr/sbin/iked -Fddd on MN
daemon run and wait (and stoped when I type ctrl+c), is there something wrong with my config?

and I can't move to foreign network, this is the log:
