Yes, these messages are normal in mip6 - style configuration.

With -F flag you should not get the control, so yes there is probably a
problem in your HA configuration. Error is probably shown on the console
 before it exits...

Looks like you have 2 problems in your configuration file... Try fixing
these and it may work better.
