[support] Handover Latency Problem

Hi everyone

We have implemented mipv6 using 2 access router (one connected to home agent
, the other one to Foreign agent)

we are able to move the MN from Home to Foreign but the problem is the
handover latency is too long, approximately 12 seconds

(Home -> foreign) . Meanwhile when MN moves from foreign to home it takes
shorter time which is about 6 seconds

so our question , is this handover latency normal or there is problem with
our configuration ?
