[support] Dynamic MNP's for MR?

Hello Mattias,

First of all, sorry I don't know the answer to your question.

Just for clarification, what is the relationship (or timing) between the
change in MNP list on the MR and on the HA (the timing of the BU/BA
exchange)?
I mean, do you want to force a change in the MR from the HA by way of BA
content (then when does the MR sends a BU?) or do you plan to trig the
change in the MR, then this change must be authorized and synchronized
in the HA by a BU/BA exchange, after which the HA updates its routing
table as well to mirror the change?
