[support] MCoA doesn't read router advertisements

Dear all,

I'm currently using the mip6d with MCoA extension in the testbed. I use 
two interfaces, eth1 and eth2, each listening to router advertisements 
from the access routers.

There is a problem that I observed recently, that whenever I stop mip6d, 
the next time I restart it, it doesn't seem to respond to RAs from eth1. 
I can see the RAs coming by using tcpdump, and there's no firewall 
dropping them at the MR. And this only happens if I restart mip6d; the 
first time I start it, it works perfectly. Right now the only way I 
could overcome this is by rebooting the MR.

Any hint where to look? Anybody ever has the same experience?
