[support] MCoA doesn't read router advertisements

What do you mean by "respond to RAs"? Do you mean that RAs do not  
trigger the movement detection anymore?

I've never experienced such problems. Could you increase the debug  
level in src/movement.c. then recompile UMIP, and send the debug logs  
of mip6d (the one when the MR do not react to RAs) to this list?
