[support] MCoA doesn't read router advertisements

Hi Romain,
actually what I was trying to say was that the MR doesn't seem to
receive the RAs at all. I attached the log in this email. There are
several "__md_discover_router: discover link on iface eth1 (3)", but
then it doesn't proceed with md_recv_ra, etc., although I can still see
the RAs when I run tcpdump on eth1.
And this happens only when I restart mip6d; on the first run everything
went OK.
