[support] MCoA doesn't read router advertisements

Can you tell us more about the platform?:

- architecture (x86, arm)
- kernel version
- distribution (Debian, ubuntu, ...)
- umip version
- patches (all from my repo + MCoA? or just basic umip + nemo + MCoA?)
- configuration file
- hardware (interface brand, i.e. intel? broadcom?)
